PUTTING GREEN Environmental Adventure Park, New Ulm, Minn.
Putting GREEN is an experiential environmental learning center built around a custom designed mini-golf course. Each of the 18 golf holes is designed around an environmental learning theme (erosion control, wise energy use, controlling non-point source pollution, etc.) and uses art and hands-on interactive elements to encourage learning about sustainability and nature. Mini golf holes are constructed primarily from recycled and repurposed materials. Designed in collaboration with Gary Hittle, Putting GREEN Foundation and area youth.
