CHIP AND SPARKY: Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
Modern scarecrow prepared using 100% repurposed materials. “Chip” has a computer monitor head, mouse hands and keyboard feet. Chip is pulling away from "Sparky" (animated electric outlet). Sparky is trying to warn Chip of the dangers of pulling the plug.
